Here at La Vie Amour we hope you never want to return any of the fabulous items you purchased. However, we want you to be one hundred percent satisfied. We know that not every purchase will work and returns are sometimes needed. After reviewing the RETURN POLICY below, you can proceed with your return! Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within 7 business days of receiving your package. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and smoke and perfume free condition with NO makeup or deodorant stains.
ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service by emailing us at lavieamourboutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.
If you contact us outside of the 3 business day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return
Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
Holiday Return Policy: All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
Return Instructions:
-Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.

• Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in every package that is shipped out and it has all of your information on it including your order number.
Once we receive you return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
